Welcome to Trust Course Insights. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Trust Course Insights website (the "Site") and our course development and consulting services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing and using our Site and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or Services.

Trust Course Insights provides consulting services related to course curriculum design, educational technology integration, performance analytics, and strategic advice for educational programs. The specific scope of services will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal between Trust Course Insights and the client.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging with Trust Course Insights for Services agree to provide timely and accurate information, feedback, and necessary access to resources as required for the successful delivery of the Services. Delays caused by the client may impact project timelines and deliverables.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Trust Course Insights or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. Any materials developed specifically for a client as part of the Services will be subject to the intellectual property terms outlined in the specific service agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
Trust Course Insights will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
